Joe Perryman, MRICS MAPM LEED-AP

Joe Perryman is a Senior Cost Consultant at Donnell Consultants Incorporated (DCI).
           DCI specializes in cost and project management for performing and visual arts centers and, over the firm’s 20 years, they have worked with most of the world’s leading architects, acousticians, theatre planners and engineers on cultural Projects all over North America.
          Joe’s latest Projects, acting as Senior Cost Consultant, include: The Smith Center for the Performing Arts, Las Vegas; The Guthrie Theater, Minneapolis; Experimental Media & Performing Arts Center (EMPAC) at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute; Mixon Hall at Cleveland Institute of Music; Queens Museum of Art Expansion and the Orlando Performing Arts Center.
         Joe is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor (RICS) and also a fully qualified Project Manager with a Post Grad in Project Management (Owners Representation) obtained from Reading University, England where he also obtained his B.S. degree in Construction Cost Economics. He is a member of SAVE International (Value Engineering Society), and also, being a LEED Accredited Professional, has written articles on the cost of LEED certification.
         This will be Joe’s first appearance at NATEAC and he is looking forward to collaborating with his fellow professionals.
