Richard Maimon, AIA

Richard Maimon is a Senior Associate at KieranTimberlake Associates LLP, an award winning and internationally published architecture firm based in Philadelphia. He has over 20 years experience in the profession and has been with the firm since 1989.  He received his Bachelor’s degree from Columbia University, magna cum laude, and his Master of Architecture from Princeton University.
           Richard has been responsible for major projects including the F. Otto Haas Stage at the Arden Theatre Company, Atwater Commons at Middlebury College, Melvin J. and Claire Levine Hall at the University of Pennsylvania, the Suzanne Roberts Theatre for the Philadelphia Theatre Company, and Brad Pitt’s Make It Right project in New Orleans.  He is currently Associate-in-Charge of the new Center City Building for the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
